Antonia Lofaso

Antonia Lofaso's cooking offers a chance to discover the possibilities within her. The food she creates is a result of her fascination with the cultural aspects in Los Angeles, which was inspired by a visit in Los Angeles from Long Island's suburbs. Cavatelli and Carnitas have the ability to coexist in harmony with the food menu. This is a belief which has evolved in the course of many years. But what remains is her distinctive view of the future, while longingly recalling the previous. Scopa Italian Roots opened its doors in 2013 and was immediately popular. The restaurant's version of old-school Italian has been called one of Los Angeles' most compelling Italian restaurants. Lofaso serves consistently delicious meals at Scopa it is a local favorite. Customers describe it as authentic and satisfying. Lofaso studied from chefs who employed sophisticated methods. However, she did not fear taking extraordinary risk to follow her own instincts. She quickly climbed the ranks of Wolfgang Puck's Spago and was able to transform various high-profile kitchens in Los Angeles while working closely with many high-profile celebrities. In 2011, Lofaso joined forces along with Sal Aurora and Mario Guddemi to debut Black Market Liquor Bar in Studio City. With Black Market and the business alliances she created, Lofaso was able to find her new home. Lofaso was able to enjoy the freedom to express her creativity that she longed for through this partnership. Black Market does not have a single direction, and this is its intention. This course would begin with potato chips flavored with dill, Shishito peppers, and finish with Korean wings. Antonia's distinctive flavors form the foundation of these bold combination. The success of Lofaso has been judged through her ability to remain true to herself while still knowing her viewers. She's appeared on of many television shows, like Top Chef Chicago, Top Chef: All Stars and Cutthroat Kitchen Man vs. Child on The Food Network and ABC's Real O'neals. Her talents are still being showcased as a judge for CNBC's Restaurant Startup. Lofaso has teamed up together with Penguin In 2012, she teamed up with Penguin to publish The Busy Mom's Cookbook 100 Recipes to prepare Delicious homemade Meals. This book also describes her struggles studying at an institution called the French Culinary Institute and raising her daughter Xea. Lofaso believes that all of her success is due to her passion of cooking and she is able to keep a finger in the middle of the industry through her work on her kitchen. Through the Chefletics brand, she's altering the appearance of the industry, by creating chefwear for both style and functionality. Her main focus is to stay true to her vision. To achieve this goal she created Antonia Lofaso Catering. This will provide clients with the most personal service.
